Request Account Deletion
If you wish to permanently delete your DelishGo account and erase all associated personal data from our servers, you can do so in two ways:
Method 1 (Instant)
Delete Directly from the Mobile App
- Open the DelishGo App on your smartphone.
- Tap on the Account / Profile tab in the bottom bar.
- Select Settings & Privacy → tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the verification prompt to permanently remove your profile.
Method 2 (Manual Support)
Email Deletion Request
Send an email with your registered mobile phone number to our support desk, and your account and data will be permanently wiped within 24 hours.
